The assembly's purpose unclear, it is believed to be involved in mediation between countries in times of tension, with Osea being the only known member.
History[]
During the Belkan War in 1995, Osea as part of the Allied Forces provided military aid to Ustio under the terms of a non-aggression treaty by the Assembly. On May 28, they announced their permanent treaty abrogation and launching a massive air assault on Area B7R.[1]
