The Danern Straits are straits located in the Democratic Republic of Leasath, located between the mainland and Sentry Island.

HistoryEdit

Leasath-Aurelia WarEdit

The Danern Straits were the site of a major battle in the Leasath-Aurelia War. There are two scenarios, and the player can choose which battle they want to be part of:

• In scenario one, Aurelian forces set up an ambush in the Danern Straits in order to prevent Leasath's elite Alect Squadron from arriving to the Archelon Fortress, thus obtaining control of Leasath's prototype fighter Fenrir, the very catalyst of the war. • In scenario two, Aurelian forces set up an ambush at Danern in order to halt a massive Leasathian fleet headed for Archelon Fortress, which would present an extreme threat to Aurelian forces in an assault of Archelon should they reach their destination.
