General Diego Gaspar Navarro is one of the main characters, and the antagonist in Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception.

Navarro was the Head-of-State and Commander of Leasathian Armed Forces and also head of the country's arms industry. The war he started, the Leasath-Aurelia War in 2020 was only a replacement for the Leasathian Civil War to continue the success of his massive arms industry. This way he would amass an enormous fortune. His plan failed when Gryphus One destroyed Archelon Fortress and Fenrir. It is unknown what happened to him after the war ended, but it is presumed he went into exile.
