Biography
Edit
Dimitri was born somewhere in Belka in 1964. As a result of the spirit of patriotism inherent of his family's bloodline, he joined the Belkan Air Force in his youth. He was gifted with the ability to take whatever aircraft he flew to the limit of their performance, which helped him ascend to the rank of Lieutenant General in 1988. In 1992, the Democratic Liberal Party of Belka rose to power, leading to rumors that high-ranked aristocrats had a hand in Dimitri's ascension.
In March 27, 1995, he and the 51st TFS Indigo saw themselves involved in Belka's battle for Model, a city located in the border of Gebet, a country adjacent to Belka. Heinreich and his men clashed in combat with several F-14D aircraft, presumedly from the 122nd Tactical Fighter Squadron, downing all aircraft five minutes after the battle began. Belka soon managed to establish its hegemony over Gebet and Fato, leaving its pilots to fly as they desired over the skies of said nations. After his promotion to Lt. Colonel, he became the flight leader of Indigo Team.
In April 20 that same year, the Indigo Team was ordered to launch on an emergency sortie to Area B7R, an arid mountain region located in the south Belka-Ustio border, to assist local forces in engaging a flight of Ustio mercenaries who were wreaking havoc in the area. The Indigo Team engaged in a fierce battle with the Galm Squadron, but were soon defeated. Heinreich was left in a coma, waking up three months later, soon after the Belkan War ended. As a result, he left the Air Force.
As of 2005, he was living in Lichtenburg, Belka, his hands full with family business. In October 10, he was interviewed by OBC reporter Brett Thompson as part of his documentary, "Warriors and the Belkan War."
