The United States Navy SEALS (Sea, Air, and Land) are featured in Ace Combat: Assault Horizon, where they are working alongside the 108th Task Force's Nomad Squadron. The unit is first introduced in mission 07, "Lock and Load", where they undertake a search operation on a cargo ship trying to hunt down Trinity missiles. They later on conduct a HALO jump during a joint rescue operation with Russian Spetsnaz operators in mission 10, "Hostile Fleet". Oddly, they are also briefly heard in the mission "Akula" when the last Tu-160 crashes into the bridge.

The United States Navy's SEa, Air and Land Teams, commonly known as Navy SEALs, are the U.S. Navy's principal special operations force and a part of the Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) as well as the maritime component of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM).
