Iosif Beletsky is a former Osean Air Defense Force pilot and a member of A World With No Boundaries. He flew as part of the Wizard Team during the Belkan War.
Biography[]
At some point prior to the Belkan War, Beletsky joined the Osean Air Defense Force and was assigned to the Wizard Team. Following the war's official conclusion, the team defected to the terrorist organization A World With No Boundaries.[1]
On December 31, 1995, they engaged the Galm Team over Area B7R, where Beletsky was shot down.[1]
In 1996, Beletsky was involved in an underground organization with squadron leader Joshua Bristow. They organization plotted the assassination of the Osean President, but were quickly thwarted by the Osean Special Ops when their plan was leaked by fellow squadron member Kevin Shore. Beletsky was arrested as the mastermind of the assassination attempt. He denied any involvement in the attempt but admitted his involvement with Bristow.[1][2]
