A jammer airship is, as its name suggests, a small, blimp-like airship that emits a large amount of noise in order to jam radar systems. They are cheap to develop, however they are very easily destroyed, thus requiring deployment in large numbers.

An unspecified number of airships (presumably over the hundreds) were deployed in Gnome Ravine in early May 2005 in order to stop an ISAF spy plane returning from a reconnaissance mission on Erusian territory, in an attempt to force the U-2 Dragon Lady to crash in the ravine due to the thick fog filling the area. However, most of these airships were eliminated when ISAF ace Mobius One was sent in to open a path for the returning Leopard.
