These are the list of the ace pilots who fought through the Belkan War, as depicted in Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War.
Legend

- The color of the ace's in-game name indicates his/her Ace Style (meaning that they only appear if the player is following the same style):
- Default means that the ace appears on the map regardless of the player's style.
- Red (after the Rot Squadron) means that the ace appears only if the player follows the Mercenary path.
- Green (after the Grun Squadron) means that the ace appears only if the player follows the Soldier path.
- Indigo (after the Indigo Squadron) means that the ace appears only if the player follows the Knight path.
- Additionally, some aces only appear on certain Difficulty levels:
- No superscript after the name means that the ace appears on Normal or higher difficulty (or on all difficulties, if it is one of the 11 mission boss squadrons).
- Easy after the name means that the ace appears on Easy or higher difficulty.
- Hard after the name means that the ace only appears on Hard or higher difficulty.
- Exp after the name means that the ace only appears on Expert or higher difficulty.
- Ace after the name means that the ace only appears on Ace difficulty.
- SP after an aircraft name indicates that shooting down the corresponding ace is required to unlock the special paint for this aircraft model (with exception to the ADFX-01 Morgan and the ADF-01 FALKEN, whose SP is unlocked by earning S ranks in all missions on HARD and EXPERT difficulties).
