Ludwig Richter, callsign Pelikan, is a former Belkan Air Force pilot.
Biography[]
At some point prior to the Belkan War, Richter joined the Belkan Air Force. On June 1, 1995, he defended Hoffnung from the Allied Forces' invasion, but was later shot down by the Galm Team.[1]
Richter sustained heavy injuries and was hospitalized during the war's ceasefire. Upon release, he became the leader of a non-governmental organization, helping retired servicemen assimilate to civilian life. The organization had since expanded with branches located worldwide.[1]
