Multirole is an aircraft class featured in most Ace Combat games since Ace Combat 04. Airplanes in this category often have a balanced capabilities of dogfighting with enemy planes as well as striking enemy ground targets, with SP weapons usually sufficient for attacking ground targets and air targets as well. They however, often have average stability and damage resistance similar to fighters, so they are not completely suitable for ground attack. However, they often have higher speed and agility than attackers.

In Assault Horizon, this is the only class that is capable to do both ASM and DFM. Making it a great choice for players who like to have a balanced capabilities of ground and air attack.
