The Dassault Aviation Rafale B is a French twin-seater fighter-bomber exclusive to Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War.

OverviewEdit

It's name roughly translating to "squall", the Rafale B is a two-seater multirole Rafale produced for the French Air Force. Virtually identical to the Rafale M and Rafale C in performance specifications, this allows for excellent joint operations between the French Navy and French Air Force soon to be deploying the new jet. In 2001, the Rafale B was fitted with conformal fuel tanks, expanding the aircraft's fuel capacity by 300 litres and expanding the combat radius by a considerable amount.
