Rudolph Seifert was a pilot of the Belkan Air Force who flew as the number two of Vampir Squadron during the Belkan War.[1]

On May 17, 1995, Seifert and his team were deployed to Mount Ivrea to defend the perimeter. His team was later shot down by the Galm Team. He received severe injuries and remained inactive for the rest of the war.[1]
Shortly after the cease-fire however, he stole an aircraft from a Schayne Plains air base but was quickly shot down by the Allied Forces' air force. It was speculated that he was trying to defect to another country.[1]
