Description
Edit
The Sea Harrier FA.Mk2 is an upgraded version of the original Sea Harrier, itself a naval version of the RAF's Harrier GR.1/3. Like it's land based counterparts, it also features Vertical/Short Take Off and Landing (V/STOL). The Sea Harrier FA.2 entered service with the Royal Navy in 1993, and saw it's first operational deployment a year later in Bosnia. All British Sea Harriers have been retired as of March 29, 2006, when they are scheduled to be replaced by the F-35B Lightning II (which has not entered service as of 2010).
