Selig Stahl, callsign Bergvogel, was a Belkan Air Force pilot.
During the Belkan War, Stahl recommended and tested a specialized network communication system. On May 28, 1995, he was shot down and killed in an engagement with the Galm Team over Area B7R.
The system was never implemented due to the war's early cease-fire and Belka's subsequent surrender. Since then, each country had began developing the technology.
- Bergvogel is the German word for "mountain bird".
