Hello! I went ahead and added a Wikia Gaming footer to the bottom of the Main Page. We're trying to get Wikia's gaming wikis more linked with each other. It's not mandatory, so you can remove it if you really hate it, but it would be appreciated if you didn't :). You can change the links to point to any other wikia wikis you like or cooperate with. Hi, I heard you are in need of logo. Well, I made logos for several wikias, so I have make one for your too :) will try to upload some for you to pick today. SkywalkerPL 12:38, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

• Ok, so here it is:

One on left is for classic skins (eg. Monobook), and that on right is for Quartz skins (if you like it - rename/reupload files as name without "2", eg. Wiki2.png as Wiki.png). Any comments / stuff to me - leave message on my Talk page. I also uploaded new image for F-22 Raptor - it's here - taken from A.C. Hullo! I'm Kirkburn, a Wikia Gaming Helper, and I have a suggestion to make regarding the Main Page. You may be interested in stealing some code from the Wikia Starter wiki which is the current new wiki base design. It makes content a bit easier to add and is easily expanded. Keep up the great work! Hullo! I am Kirkburn, your friendly local Wikia Gaming Helper!

You may be interested to know there is a Wikia gaming IRC channel, #wikia-gaming on chat.freenode.net, where you can hop on, ask for help from users of other gaming wikis, or offer your own experiences. If you are not familiar with IRC clients, you can access it from http://irc.wikia.com/gaming.

Different people may be on sporadically, but we organize weekly chats at a fixed time so we can get the most number of people online at the same time to ask and answer questions, or just to hang out. The admins of some of Wikia's biggest gaming wikis (e.g. WoW, Halo) often attend them. You can find the time for the next chat by following this link.

• Your featured article needs to be linked to the main page at the top and bottom....
• Tip of the day has some bad grammar.
• Any images? At least put one on the main page!
• See Wikipedia for some good articles...Wikipedia: Superweapons of Ace Combat was deleted from there, but the deleting administrator said that he would bring the text back for a "suitable gaming wiki"....that would be you. =) the_ed17...70.224.193.115 18:58, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

Hullo! I am Kirkburn, your friendly local Wikia Gaming Helper!

Hopefully you have read about the skin and ad changes at Wikia's New Style on Central Wikia. If not, I hope you'll have a look.

One of the changes is a block of two ads on each main page. It's possible that they won't always show up, but to ensure your main page continues to work properly when they do, you need to update your main page column formatting code with new column tags.

I have drafted a main page using the new tags on User:Kirkburn/Dev which I hope you can take a look at - feel free to make a copy and edit it. Though the layout may seem restrictive at first, there really is a fair amount you can do with them - for example see these customized main pages - Muppet Wiki, WoWWiki, FFXIclopedia. You may want to chat with your wiki community about what direction to take with a new main page.

If you encounter any problems with the new tags, please let us know.

I was just looking on the internet and I found this Wiki. [1] Rather than have 2 different wikis that cover the same thing I think it should be merged with ours. Should we do this and if so how?--ShutUpNavi 02:36, 28 January 2009 (UTC)
