There is a chance, though. He could be Erusian ,he Could be Usean , He could be Ustian , He could be Osean , He could be Belkan, He could be Yuktobanian, He could be Emmerian or He could be Estovakian . But people make it up. One thing we know, Cipher is a lone mercenary and there is no prof that Blaze is his children since there is no DNA Testing Result.
