    • Port Patterson, Aurelia, mid-2020, post-Aurelian War. Aurelia seems like such a peaceful place, if a bit hot at times. Plus, since Leasath was basically eaten by Aurelia after the war, there are no Leasathians willing to gas the place, thus I don't have to worry about anything like Santa Elva happening.

As far as career there goes, I'd imagine it'd not be terribly difficult finding a job on a ship; it is a port, after all, so I'd imagine ship jobs are in reasonably high demand.

Being a southern nation, I can only imagine that Aurelia has a bit of fishing going on, so being on a fishing boat should make for some life there.

As for where in Patterson I'd live, I'd more than likely be next to the port, in an appartment or something.

      There. Aurelian fisherman.

    •  Uhm ... Aurelia in the real world, could be Italy.

        Loading editor
    • Perhaps in location in shape, though everything about it seems more like South American places, and a couple European countries.

Though, didn't Italy have lots of fishing? I'm fairly sure Aurelia would have a fair bit too, being a peninsula just like Italy. And also be a great place for trade, for boats and planes alike.

    • Aurelia and Leasath are analogues to Latin america, judging by the names of various cities and locations.

Emmeria is the closest Italy counterpart, although it's culture is mixed with a few others.

        Loading editor
    • Yup! in Italy you are fishing a lot, and Santa Elva appears to have a certain feeling with the names of the Italian countries! However in the various ace combat, I saw only Russian or English names, there aren't Italian names such as Daniele (that's my name), Giuseppe, Michiele, Roberto etc...

        Loading editor
    • Yeah, as Razgriz470 said, Aurelia is like an analogue to Argentina in real life, also mixed with Italy.

    • If I had to live as a civilian in strangereal I'd probably live in Osea. Partially out of personal bias (pretty much the analogue to the US, my home country), but also it's one of the few countries that isn't either A: Ravaged by Ulysses, or B: Invaded. Sure there were the random attacks during the Circum-Pacific War (AC5) and maybe some during the Belkan War (can't remember), but it's never really occupied at any one point, which is a plus...

    • If I could live in the strangereal. I would live in a little town, near Directus, in the Republic of Ustio, a few years after the Belkan war.

I dont know why, but in the videos, it looks like a friendly place to live.

The climate is the same as in Middle Europe, maybe a little bit colder but thats ok.

A worth seeing city centre, with some very old churches and buildings.

Always when I fly this Mission "The last overture", I look down at this landscape and think "wow, I wish I could live there."

If I could live in the strangereal, I would live there, in a little town at the coast, after the belkan war in the end of the 90´s, only a few streets away from the beach. In Summer you´re laying on the Beach, or surfing in the Sea. Also you could walk through the beautiful hills. And the best you can watch, this wunderful sunset every day(You know, the same which you could see in the mission).

It would be a dream for me, to live there.

I'll give you quite right BelkanPr1de, have a house near the sea makes me feel nostalgic! Also the climate is perfect them in the summer, to take a swim, play tennis and then go fishing! ^_^  however, if I had to choose a time, I would choose the future, because I like the strangereal technology.

Why is it risky? I'd love to live in the Southern Hemisphere, and in polar regions where the sun doesn't come up for months at a time. It'd be a contrast from the North American desert.

      Just. SNOW.

Honestly, if Patterson were snowy, it'd be heaven for me.

    • I'd live in Osea...join their Air Force...get a bit of action in the Belkan War, then be a flight instructor at Sand Island...fly my personal F-4...and change my name to Jack Bartlett

Honestly, I wouldn't mind living on some island somewhere in the Usean coast. I always liked small coastal towns. Either that or I'd be the lead scientist for the Z.O.E. project

    • Yes ,sorry, it was just a small parenthesis, now Sly ,if you would inhabitants in Strangereal, where and at what age would you like to live?

        Loading editor
    • I wouldn't. I'd be scared for my life at all times, given the number of terrorists and rebellions and weapons of mass destruction that exist. Seriously, way too much happened in the span of 15 years (1995-2010) for me to consider it as a place to live.

    • Ahah! maybe if you were to go to war and win battles, you may be considered a hero! = D

    • I'd just stay somewhere said - as I said earlier in this thread, Nordennavic (did I spell it right?). It's the Strangereal equivalent of my home country, and I don't think there's been any wars there. *pushes Northern Wings under the rug*

    • Usea. Maybe North Point? Definitely after the second continental war. Its a prety neutral place, and it's my favourite continent, so yeah.

The Comona Islands are pretty cool too. But, meh. I don't know. Strangereal can be a pretty scary place.

    • I would live in Aurelia during the War with Leasath and join the Aurelian Air Force. maybe be stationed on Sachana Air Force Base or Aubrey Air Force Base, despite the fact that the residential city was bombed i think it sounds as a good place to live, i mean a Medium-sized city at the coast of Aurelia, its just perfect!  and my guess is that after the war the city would go throught some kind of expansion plan. so yeah, i´d be an Aurelian pilot in his early 20´s who would live in Cape Aubrey (and meet Gryphus 1!)
