Tommy is a minor character appearing in Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War. Making an appearance in Handful of Hope, he is the secretary of Osean president Vincent Harling, who is encountered by the 108th Tactical Fighter Squadron aboard the C-5 Galaxy Mother Goose One over the skies of Akerson Hill. After Mother Goose One's captain was shot by a spy, Tommy takes over the plane's controls, landing in the fields of Akerson, thanks to the efforts of Wardog Team.

Tommy's fate after the Akerson Hill incident is unknown. He was probably kidnapped along with the president in the Stier Castle after that.
