Toscha Mijasik was a member of the Estovakian Central Military District Air Force, 370th Air Wing, 9th Tactical Fighter Squadron, Strigon Team.
He first appears with the Strigon Team over Gracemeria, during the raid of the city. He and Ilya Pasternak (who took command of Strigon Team when its former commander, Lt. Colonel Victor Voychek, was shot down) seem to have a some sort of friendship.
Biography
Estovakian Civil War
During the time the Estovakian Civil War was breaking out, Toscha was in high school. He then later joined air force and showed his innate talent as a fighter pilot during the civil war.
Emmeria-Estovakia War
At the end of the civil war, he continued serving his country and took part in the invasion of Gracemeria at the onset of the Emmeria-Estovakia War. After the loss of the Estovakian Aerial Fleet at the hands of the Emmerians, him and the remaining Strigon members were stationed at Gracemeria Air Force Base. At the end of the war him and Stepan Feigin were the only original Strigon Team members left in the squadron, the other members being transferred from the Vampire Team.
After the loss of Gracemeria, the Strigon Team flew back to Estovakia to collaborate with Gustav Dvornik, an Estovakian general to use the Chandelier against Gracemeria however Toscha surrendered to Emmeria prior to this.
After war
After end of the war, Toscha got married to his love, Ludmila Tolstaya at an Estovakian military camp with Victor Voychek as his best man.

- Toscha's appearance is probably based on LT Pete "Maverick" Mitchell, the protagonist from the critically acclaimed 1986 fighter pilot movie Top Gun.
- Toscha's English voice actor, Yuri Lowenthal, is the same as Larry Foulke from Ace Combat Zero: The Belkan War and Sergei Illich from Ace Combat: Assault Horizon. His Japanese voice actor, Kenji Nojima, is the same as Hans Grimm from Ace Combat 5: The Unsung War.
