Lieutenant Colonel Victor Voycheck is an interrogator in the Estovakian Air Force and former leader of the Strigon Team (succeeded by Ilya Pasternak).

At age 41 he served in the Invasion of Gracemeria, but was seriously wounded over the Emmerian capital city in the initial stages of the invasion and sustained a debilitating leg injury that would necessitate the use of a cane. Because of his injury, he was assigned a ground mission as an intelligence officer interrogating captured Emmerian pilots. He always kept his love for the skies, it was his home. He is a soldier that takes his military duties seriously, but he also cares about the enemy's civilians, and when his briefcase (containing the plans to the Chandelier) was seized he went after the child, but later gave the same group of children a chocolate bar, which after he received his briefcase in return. During the war, Voychek comes across Matilda Herman and a group of war orphans, and begins to have a change of heart about the war. After he reveals Estovakia's plan to destroy Gracemeria with the Chandelier, Voychek hands the blueprints over to the Emmerian armed forces, allowing Talisman and Shamrock to find the weapon's weaknesses and destroy it. Voychek then spends the rest of the war in an Emmerian prisoner of war camp and is the best man at Toscha and Ludmila's wedding. Although Voychek was a loyal and patriotic soldier, ultimately his good nature and compassion for others prevailed.

He is Strigon No. 01 in the Assault Record (Estovakian forces), and his profile is unlocked if the player shoots down a Strigon during the Invasion of Gracemeria.
